Welcome to athlete training, where strength meets confidence in a program crafted for high performance. Our dynamic and focused program is designed to develop strength , boost performance, and gain confidence through tailored conditioning. Athlete training offers a comprehensive and adaptable approach for seasoned and young competitors looking to elevate their game. With a blend of elite coaching, targeted workouts, and a motivating environment, this program promises not only progress but transformation.
NB FIT Approach to Athlete Training
Athlete training can be provided at anytime during in season and off season. Options include team training, individual and small groups.
Our in season programming features a dynamic combination of strength training, high intensity conditioning, power development, speed training, agility, mobility and flexibility. Expect full body training sessions lasting approximately 60-minutes, delivered 1-3 times a week.
Off season training, including pre and post season, focuses on rehabilitating injuries and injury prevention, with an emphasis on the athletes getting bigger, faster and stronger.
